Marcus joined the Aussie Mortgage Masters team in May 2004 as the Manager of the Southern Districts Franchise. Because he was so successful in the finance broking business and had accumulated a large client base of his own, in January 2007 he took over ownership of the franchise. Marcus was brought up in a small farming community and joined The National Australia Bank in 1995. He has travelled extensively around Australia and the World. With a background in finance and a strong work ethic he has quickly become one of the top performing franchisees in the company. Marcus is dedicated, professional and ethical when dealing with both our lending partners and his clients. Marcus says " I believe my roots have always helped me stay level headed! Simply, I believe in what I do. I am a great listener and I am committed to looking after my clients best interest's. I enjoy forming relationships with my clients and meeting their families and friends. Marcus believes 70-80% of his business comes from existing clients and referrals from them.

ALAN STOTT

Alan is a franchised business owner who has experience in Business, Real Estate and Finance. His background is in the marketing and sale of small/medium sized businesses in Western Australia, which is how he was introduced to Aussie Mortgage Masters. Alan delivers exceptional service in a friendly and professional manner. His goal is to identify his clients immediate and future finance needs and to satisfy his clients needs with the most competitive and featured loan product from all the 30 lenders in our "State of the Art" financial software package. Alan specialises in Home Loans, Re-financing, Commercial finance and Business Equipment leasing. Over 80% of new business comes to Alan through positive referrals from other people. AUSSIE MORTGAGE MASTERS NO 1 FRANCHISE Geoff is a CPA with 6 years previous experience in the accounting profession where he specialised in small business and individual taxation. Since leaving the accounting profession in 2001 and becoming a franchisee in the Aussie Mortgage Masters group, he has settled over $300 million dollars worth of loans. Geoff's specialties are home loans and investment loans. As a committed property investor with five investment properties, Geoff prides himself on structuring his clients affairs to put themselves into a position to be able to invest sooner and acquire multiple properties if they desire. Geoff believes "The structuring of my investor clients' loan portfolios is designed to protect the family home and give the lender as little security as possible. This is a much safer way to invest." He has been the top performing Aussie Mortgage Masters franchisee every year since becoming the inaugural franchisee in 2001. Geoff says, "I believe my accounting background and absolute commitment to finding the best solutions for my clients to be integral to my success." More than 75% of Geoff's business comes from past and existing clients and the referrals that they pass on to him.

JO CANN

FINANCE MANAGER

Jo originally joined the family business assisting as a PA in August 06. She quickly became very experienced in preparing loan applications, negotiating with the different lenders the company is accredited with, and dealing with clients needs in the office. She completed her own Finance Brokers Licence by November 2006. Jo was in the Hospitality industry for many years prior to becoming a finance broker which gave her endless experience in dealing with people from all walks of life. She has great empathy with clients, understands their needs and loves to assist them achieve their goals. She is totally committed to providing outstanding service and support to her clients. LYNNE COX

DIRECTOR

Lynne is a founding Director of Aussie Mortgage Masters. She holds her Diploma in Financial Services, is a Licensed Finance Broker and is in Bona-fide control of Aussie Mortgage Masters. She has been involved in the Finance Broking Industry since May 1996 but has been involved in small business since 1977. She was the President of the Finance Brokers Association of Australia until March 2004 and she was also a Member of the Finance Brokers Supervisory Board until it disbanded in October 2003. Lynne says" My clients are very important to me. Without our clients we do not have a business. I make every effort to ensure they receive the best possible finance solutions for theirs and their family's needs. ARON COX

DIRECTOR

Aron is a Director of Aussie Mortgage Masters and has been involved in the finance broking industry since 1997. He is also a Licensed Finance Broker and is aware of all of the compliance issues which surround the Finance Broking Industry. Aron is responsible for negotiating and managing relationships with the lending institutions which Aussie Mortgage Masters deal with. His involvement is paramount in Product development for the Company and in the training of Aussie Mortgage Masters Franchisees to keep them ahead in this ever changing industry. Aron's main focus is the Western Australian operation and the ongoing development and control of Aussie Mortgage Masters expanding WA office network. Aron values service above all else and knows that his team go beyond the call of duty with each client, as their needs are the most important item on the agenda during negotiation of any loan application. The commitment to care, integrity and trust with clients can be seen in the business growth Aussie Mortgage Masters has achieved over the years in W.A and can be evidenced by the fact that 75% of all new finance written is repeat business from existing Aussie Mortgage Masters clients.
