Julie is in constant contact with our growing data base and her role is essentially ‘Customer Care’ ensuring that clients loans are reviewed periodically and clients are aware of our many additional services. Julie has a wealth of experience having worked in a similar role for a large mortgage broker previously and prior to that many years with Westpac in a diversity of roles. Julie’s friendly and relaxed personal skills enable her to provide outstanding service to clients. Julie is also a Commissioner of Declarations.

Vanessa Pace

Assistant Home Loan Manager (Auchenflower Qld)

Vanessa is an experienced Home Loan Manager and also assist the principal (director) with home loan processing in the main office at Milton Qld. Vanessa has a wealth of knowledge and good understanding of all home loan products available through a broad panel of lenders.

Ron Taylor

Commercial Manager

Ron is an experienced commercial lender who had more recently been employed with a major bank as part of their Property Development division. He is well versed with property transactions and considers this a specialty but equally is experienced in business and commercial transactions, mortgage lending and plant and equipment finance. Prior to joining Direct Deal Finance Ron was employed with a major bank for 10 years and previously with another major bank in commercial lending for over 20 years. During this period Ron has assumed various senior management roles. With a wealth of experience stemming from a banking background Ron enjoys working with people and seeing their plans come to fruition. Not just an order taker Ron is able to add value to the client through his experiences. Ron is also a Justice of the Peace.

Byron Seymour

Byron is an experienced broker having previously been an owner broker in another Finance Broking business before joining Direct Deal Finance. Byron is passionate about serving clients and helping them realise their dream of home ownership. With a young family he understands the pressures that come with juggling a career, a household budget and a young family. Byron has maintained a lengthy association with a number of Pipe bands where he is a member and accomplished bag pipe player. He also enjoys fishing and boating. Byron will welcome your call to discuss housing or investment finance at the comfort of your home or office and at a time convenient to you.

Greg English

Home & Commercial Loan Manager

Greg is an experienced commercial and home loan lender having previously been employed with two major banks and also as a broker, prior to joining Direct Deal Finance. Greg started his banking career as a Lending Specialist and Lending Trainer. Greg has had exposure to both residential, commercial to rural and equipment lending. Having been a ‘Personal Lender’ and ‘Lending Trainer’ with one of the major banks it ensures Greg’s focus is purely customer driven in ensuring that clients are placed into the best possible finance solution to suit their individual needs. Greg is keen to meet with clients at a place convenient to them and is genuinely committed to getting the deal done.
