Richard Ledingham has worked in the financial services industry since 2002. During this time he has worked as an Analyst for various investment banks in Australia and the UK as well as a Financial Adviser with one of Australia’s largest Financial Planning licensees. Richard is committed to helping clients achieve optimal finance solutions as well as delivering an excellent experience throughout the process. Richard holds a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Banking and Finance. He has also completed a Diploma in Financial Services (Financial Planning). Richard is a member of the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia (MFAA) and is accredited with Australian Finance Group (AFG).

Shayne Cook

Shayne Cook has over 8 years of experience in banking and finance. Shayne prides himself on customer service and helping clients negotiate the best financing solutions for both residential and commercial scenarios. His role is also to ensure Presidio Finance Consulting is operated with the upmost integrity. Shayne has been an active member for four years since 2003 with another boutique broking firm and has been profiled by one of the leading industry magazines for this role. Prior to this he was a lending manager for one of Australia’s leading banks. Shayne is accredited with Australian Finance Group [AFG] and is a full member of [Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia].

Jason Cook

Jason Cook has combined experience of over 10 years in the Banking, Financial Services, and Financial Planning industries. Jason has a steadfast appreciation in the value of making the correct financial decisions that meet an individual client’s specific goals. Since 2004, Jason has worked as a Finance Consultant and Financial Adviser and, prior to that for many years, as a Personal Adviser to a high-valued portfolio of clients for one of Australia’s leading banks. His philosophy is to provide clients with first-class service accompanied by the most appropriate financial products. Jason holds a Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning) and is currently studying to complete his Advanced Diploma in Financial Services. He is an Affiliate Member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA) and a Full Member of the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia (MFAA). Jason is also accredited with Australian Finance Group (AFG)

Henry Do

Henry Do has worked in the financial services industry since 2003 and specialises in delivering strategic advice, with a particular interest on the most complex of issues that face all clients, particularly those of significant wealth. Henry is passionate about providing the best possible outcomes to all clients he comes into contact with. Henry holds a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accounting and Finance. He has also completed a Diploma in Financial Planning and is experienced in various financing options. Henry is a member of the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia (MFAA) and is accredited with Australian Finance Group (AFG)

Despina Emanouil

Despina Emanouil has combined experience of over 10 years in the Banking, Financial Services, and Financial Planning industries. Despina worked for a major international bank for two years ending 2007 and, prior to that, as an Assistant Relationship Manager to a high-valued portfolio of clients for one of Australia’s leading banks. Despina’s role is as primary support to the Finance Consultants and to ensure that all clients are delivered a high level of service. Despina holds a Bachelor of Business Management (UQ) and is currently studying the Diploma of Financial Services.

Nicole Martin

Nicole Martin has combined experience of over 10 years in insurance and legal fields. Nicole is focused on process improvement and customer relations within the business and all Presidio clients will speak to Nicole at the conclusion of their finance experience in order for us to obtain feedback and finalise the process.
